This in-depth program is designed for graduates of Level I & II TT, and other yoga teachers and practitioners. In this 5 day immersion, we will expereience morning intensive yoga practices. These multi-dimensional practices are challenging, but they will support and stimulate your ability for another level of development. The afternoon courses will include lectures and Dance of Shiva. This journey offers tools to inspire your desire for spiritual fulfillment.
Some of the lecture themes include:
• Sanskrit vocabulary for yoga teaching
• Yoga Anatomy
• Rasas in pedagogical teaching
• Precise understanding and integration of sub-styles and training
programs in Universal Yoga
• Basics of Mantrayana. Selecting personal Mantras
• Basics of Yantrayana. Selecting personal images for visualizations
• Creating a sacred altar in Hindu or Buddhist tradition
• Essence of self-realization and finding individual path in (Universal) Yoga
• The art of practice and living Yoga: In-depth study of
Svadhyaya (self study) and Ishvara Pranidhana ( dedication to one)
