Weekdays: 6:30-9AM Asana Practice, 3-6:15PM Lecture, 6:15-7PM Dance of Shiva
Weekends: 7:30-10AM Asana Practice, 12:30-3:45PM Lecture, 3:45-4:30PM Dance of Shiva
